Enhance your experience Facilitated by our internal crew trainers, programs can be used as a stand-alone training platform or supplemented by external leadership and team-building experts. Our experts are familiar with our products and have matched their training with the experiences our customers are going through. Transcend has partnered with the U.S. Space and Rocket Center to facilitate an enhanced team-building experience for you as you engage in the various missions and challenges throughout the day.
Sessions involving camp activities (Aviation Challenge, Cyber Camp, Space Camp, and Robotics) are available September through February, with limited availability March through August. Availability is based on staffing, resources, and facility available facility space. (Standard camp programs take priority over custom camp programs.) We will do our best to meet the needs of your organization. However, based on high attendance volumes, some days and times are more difficult to book than others. Our team will work with your organization’s needs and propose a high impact solution and fully customized program. Customized programming is subject to availability based on the Space Camp schedule.
An 8-week minimum is required for planning.
A deposit is required within 10 days of date confirmation, deposits will be used towards total due.
120 days (about 4 months) out from program start date, 50% of payment is due.
90 days (about 3 months) out from program start date, 100% of the total payment is due.
60 days out from the program start date, participant information is due (health forms, registration, etc.).
Payment for private tours or expedited booking is due 30 days (about 4 and a half weeks) before the event.|
